We will be holding a slow riding workshop on Sunday 30 April at Knaresborough Technology Park, Manse Lane, Knaresborough, HG5 8LF. The workshop starts at 9.30am and will run through to 11.30am. This is a great opportunity for all Associates to gain experience of slow riding in a secure and protected environment. There are two good reasons to attend:
- Associates will need to demonstrate this skill during your Advanced Test;
- More experienced riders should attend to hone up their skill
It would be appreciated if Observers could attend to assist in the training.
There will be the normal layout of obstacles and turns as well as some additional theory training, which may help you to master this essential skill. If time permits and there is sufficient demand we can lay out a slow manoeuvring competition at the end of the formal training.
